We discuss your requirements, confirm your location and local regulations, and begin the sourcing or allocation process.

Training

Your dog is trained in our home in the UK. You receive regular updates throughout the training period.

Handover in the UK

You travel to us for 3–4 days. We train you with your dog. You leave knowing every command, every cue, and how your dog thinks.

Export & Delivery

Our specialist export agent handles all documentation, health certificates, customs, airline freight, and final delivery to your address.

How does international delivery work?

We work with a specialist export agent who handles all logistics: customs clearance, health certificates, airline freight, and delivery to your door. You do not need to arrange anything. We manage the entire process and keep you informed at every stage.

What documentation is required for import into the USA?

Trained dogs entering the USA require a valid health certificate issued by an accredited veterinarian, rabies vaccination documentation, and compliance with USDA import regulations. Our export agent handles all paperwork preparation and ensures full compliance before the dog travels.

Is the dog safe to travel?

Our dogs are fully socialised and calm in a wide range of environments, including travel. They are transported in airline-approved crates and are assessed for travel readiness before shipping. Our export agent has extensive experience with working dog transportation internationally.

How long does shipping take?

Typically 24–48 hours from departure to arrival, depending on routing. Our export agent selects the most appropriate and lowest-stress route for each dog.

Are there any breed restrictions I should know about?

Some US states and cities have breed-specific legislation (BSL) affecting German Shepherds, Belgian Malinois, or Dobermans. We advise all international buyers to verify their local regulations before enquiring. We will also advise during the consultation process.

What happens at handover for international buyers?

International buyers travel to us in the UK for the 3–4 day handover. We train you fully with your dog before the dog is shipped. Alternatively, if Tom can arrange travel, an in-country handover may be possible — discuss this during your consultation.
